A Summary UCC Article 3, Negotiable Instruments and Article 4, Bank Deposits.

A uniform act has governed negotiable instruments for a 100 plus years. The initial Negotiable Instruments Law was promulgated by the ULC in 1896. It was the law of the land before the first decade of the 20th Century ended. It remained the law of the land until the Uniform Commercial Code was promulgated, initially in 1951. The old NIL was incorporated into Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Articles 3 and 4. Article 3 is called “Negotiable Instruments” and is fundamental law to all negotiable instruments. Article 4 is entitled “Bank Deposits and Collections” but is more familiarly thought of as the law of checks. A check is a negotiable instrument drawn on a “bank.” It is subject to the rules of Article 3, but Article 4 provides specific rules that apply to checks as negotiable instruments in the banking system. Force vs Violence

Force

  • The capacity to do work or cause physical change. Energy, Strength, Active Power.
  • Voluntary action based in morality and Natural Law.
  • Action which one always possesses the Right to take.
  • Does not violate another’s  Natural Law Rights.

Violence

  • The immoral use of physical power (force) to coerce, compel or restrain.
  • Imitation and use of coercive action which is not based in morality and Natural Law.
  • Action which one never possesses the Right to take.
  • Always involves the violation of another’s Natural Law Rights.

Force is always nested in right and violence is always nested in wrong.

We have a right to use any amount of force to put down an attacker trying to cause harm to us. Continue reading “Force vs Violence”

Natural Law

Natural law what is it?

Natural law is a term used to describe the way I have felt my whole life but could not put my finger on. Not until I heard Mark Passio seminar on Natural Law.

Some may characterize my disdain for being told what to do as “a problem with authority”. Come to think about it that true however it’s the why that unlocks understanding and will lead to freedom. Continue reading “Natural Law”

Neurotransmission

A neuron generates and propagates an action potential along its axon, then transmits this signal across a synapse by releasing neurotransmitters, which trigger a reaction in another neuron or an effector cell (eg, muscle cells, most exocrine and endocrine cells). The signal may stimulate or inhibit the receiving cell, depending on the neurotransmitter and receptor involved.

In the CNS, interconnections are complex. An impulse from one neuron to another may pass from axon to cell body, axon to dendrite (a neuron’s receiving branches), cell body to cell body, or dendrite to dendrite. A neuron can simultaneously Continue reading “Neurotransmission”

The Brain: Gabapentin (Neurontin)

Well “they” named this DRUG correctly. “Neuro-rotten”.  Gabapentin marketed under the name Neurontin initially as an anti-seizure medicine and was first approved in 1993.

Serious side-effects DO INCLUDE increased risk of suicide, aggressive behavior reduce mental or cognitive ability including memory.   During the onset attempting to gain market share and wide spread acceptance Park-Davis a sub-company of Pfizer used a number of, in my opinion, questionable techniques to encourage doctors to push the drug for disorders not approved for use.

Drug Dealers Of America

Drug dealers bribing Profession Health Care Providers to sell more drugs lead to multiple lawsuits by patience who were harmed and ultimately where settled with multi-million dollar “go away” settlements and millions of dollars in “pay us” fines,  before you pay us  and let us approve it for first fees.

In 2010 the American Headache Society (AHS) and American Academy of Neurology (AAN) guidelines classify gabapentin as a drug with “insufficient data to support or refute use for migraine prophylaxis.“[1] Furthermore, a 2013 Cochrane review concluded that gabapentin was not useful for the prevention of episodic migraine in adults.*[2].

Gabapentin uses the brains GABA pathways to gain access to the synopitic  clef and affect neurotransmission. Please Continue reading “The Brain: Gabapentin (Neurontin)”

Allowing Tenderness The Feminine Energy

Growing up in an age of Terrorism, economic uncertainty and boys don’t  cry, tenderness is considered week or spineless. However these words when spoken or heard auditoral will inevitably involve fear. And that’s what they are intended to do. I am not speaking of the caring father who unknowly is passing on a limiting belief for which he was taught in effort to pump up his lcrging ittle boy in a time doubt and challenge regarding the later.

Humans cry and we cry because we feel. Usually when an event is heart felt and involks caring compassion either happy or sad is when tears tend to roll. Boys through out history have been told to repress these type of feelings so as not to appear week. This may help in Continue reading “Allowing Tenderness The Feminine Energy”
